An Open Letter to Miami

To the Miami Dolphins organization, my teammates, the fans, and the entire Miami community,
From the bottom of my heart — thank you.
When I first arrived in Miami, I knew I was stepping into something new. A new team, a new city, a new chapter in my life. What I didn’t know was just how much this place would come to mean to me.
This city welcomed me with open arms from day one. You didn’t just accept me — you embraced me. You made me feel like family, and for that, I’ll always be grateful.
To the Dolphins organization — thank you for believing in me. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to continue doing what I love at the highest level. From ownership to the front office, to Coach McDaniel and every single member of the staff — your support, your trust, and your leadership have meant everything. You’ve created a culture where players can grow, compete, and be themselves. That matters.
To my teammates — you all are my brothers. This locker room has become my home. We push each other, challenge each other, and lift each other up. I’ve grown not just as a player, but as a man because of the people around me every day. Playing alongside you is an honor I don’t take lightly.
And to the fans — wow. Your energy, your love, your passion — it fuels us. Whether it’s at Hard Rock Stadium or walking through the city, I feel the connection. You’ve made this more than football. You’ve made this personal.
Miami is more than just a stop in my career. It’s a place that’s helped me evolve. It’s where I’ve found purpose on and off the field. It’s where I’ve found peace, growth, and real community.
I don’t take this journey for granted. I know what it means to wear the Dolphins jersey, to represent this city, and to play for something bigger than myself. That’s why I give it everything I’ve got — not just on Sundays, but every day.
There’s still work to do. Goals we haven’t reached. Championships we’re chasing. But as long as I’m here, know this — I’m all in. I’m committed to this team, this mission, and this city.
