Dear Evanescence family,
As I sit here reminiscing on this great adventure, my heart is full with thankfulness. From the first notes we played together to the global platforms we’ve shared, this journey has been nothing short of remarkable. I would want to take a minute to convey my heartfelt gratitude to the band, our fans, and the entire Evanescence community for their love, support, and unshakeable belief in me throughout the years.
My bandmates, both past and present, have been brothers, creative collaborators, and sources of inspiration. Together, we created something that goes beyond music. We put everything we had into every note, phrase, and performance. We’ve faced hardships, celebrated achievements, and become stronger as a result. Thank you for believing in the vision, supporting me, and making Evanescence what it is today.
To our supporters, you are Evanescence’s heartbeat. Your voices, stories, and passion have powered every song, album, and tour. You’ve connected with our music in ways that are beyond words, and your encouragement has given me the courage to keep creating and sharing my heart with the world. You are a member of this family, whether you have been with us since Fallen or you only now discovered us. Your steadfast love has made every challenge worthwhile, and I am eternally thankful.
Thank you to the entire Evanescence community—our crew, team, and everyone who has contributed to this journey—for your dedication and hard work. You have helped us realise our vision on stage, in the studio, and beyond. Your belief in our music has helped shape Evanescence’s legacy, and I am grateful to have shared this journey with you.
This journey has been about connection, resilience, and the healing and inspiring power of art, in addition to music. As we look to the future, please know that my love for this band, community, and music is as strong as ever. The story is far from over; we are continuously writing it together.
