Former All-American linebacker and College Football Hall of Famer Dat Nguyen has returned to College Station to join the Aggies’ coaching staff as a senior defensive analyst, energizing the football community at Texas A&M. Nguyen’s remarkable playing career at Texas A&M from 1995 to 1998 was punctuated by outstanding performances, culminating in him becoming the school’s all-time leading tackler. His accomplishments include being selected a unanimous All-American and receiving the prestigious Lombardi Award in 1998. Following his academic accomplishments, Nguyen had a successful NFL career with the Dallas Cowboys before moving into coaching and broadcasting.
