An open letter from Jaxson Dart to Ole Miss Rebels, fans, and the entire Rebels community.

Dear Ole Miss family,

As I reflect on my time with the Ole Miss Rebels, I am overwhelmed with gratitude and admiration for the love, support, and unshakeable belief you have shown me throughout the years. From the moment I stepped foot in Oxford, I knew I was part of something special—a brotherhood, a community, and a family that stands together through every success and adversity. Today, I’d like to convey my heartfelt gratitude to all of you who have helped shape my work and life.

On and off the pitch, my teammates have been like brothers to me. The blood, sweat, and countless hours of effort we’ve put in together have resulted in a friendship that extends beyond football. Every practice, game, and moment we’ve shared has helped me become a better player and person. I am honoured to fight beside you, to push each other to be our best, and to proudly represent Ole Miss. Thank you for believing in me, challenging me, and supporting me every step of the way.

Thank you to Coach Kiffin and the entire coaching staff for believing in me, mentoring me, and providing me with opportunities to improve as a quarterback and a leader. Your confidence in my abilities and dedication to this program have been the driving factor behind my progress. The lessons I’ve learnt under your supervision will last far beyond my time in a Rebels outfit.

To the fans: you are the heart and soul of Ole Miss football. Your enthusiasm, cheers, and continuous support have inspired me every time I step onto the pitch. Whether I’m in Vaught-Hemingway Stadium or on the road, knowing that the Rebel faithful is rooting for me gives me the confidence to give my all for this team. Your enthusiasm for this program is unparalleled, and I am pleased to have been a part of it.

Ole Miss is more than a football program; it’s a community, a home, and a way of life. I am eternally grateful for the memories we’ve created and the adventure we’ve taken together. Thank you for embracing me, supporting me, and making my Rebel experience amazing.

With all my love and gratitude,
Jaxon Dart
