An Open Letter from William Contreras to the Milwaukee Brewers Community

To My Loyal Fans and the Entire Brewers Family,

As I sit down to write this, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude and a deep sense of responsibility. Wearing the Milwaukee Brewers jersey isn’t just about playing baseball—it’s about representing a city, a culture, and a community that lives and breathes this game.

From the moment I joined this organization, you welcomed me with open arms. Whether it’s the cheers from the stands, the kids waving their gloves hoping for a ball, or the countless messages of support—every moment reminds me of how special it is to be a part of this family.

This past season has been a journey filled with highs, lessons, and memories that I’ll carry forever. Every time I step behind the plate, I’m not just catching pitches; I’m catching the trust and expectations of every fan in this ballpark. That’s something I never take for granted.

To my teammates and coaching staff, thank you for pushing me, believing in me, and reminding me every day what it means to play for something bigger than myself. Baseball is a team sport, but the bond we’ve built goes far beyond the field.

To the fans—thank you for your loyalty, your passion, and your belief in our team, even during tough stretches. You are the heartbeat of this organization, and every game we play is for you.

As we look ahead, know that my commitment remains unwavering. I will continue to give my all—every inning, every pitch, every moment. Together, we’ll chase greatness, celebrate victories, and grow stronger through challenges.

Thank you, Milwaukee. This isn’t just a chapter in my career; it’s home.

With gratitude and love,

William Contreras
