Dear Minnesota Vikings family,
As I sit down to write this letter, I am overcome with gratitude, pride, and heartfelt appreciation for the great adventure we have taken together. The past few years have been nothing short of fantastic, and I am really thrilled to be a part of this legendary franchise, this devoted fandom, and this tenacious community that bleeds purple and gold.
When I became the Minnesota Vikings’ head coach, I knew I was inheriting a tradition of tenacity, excellence, and unshakable devotion to victory. What I did not realize at the time was how much love, enthusiasm, and loyalty each and every one of you—from the players and staff to the fans in the stands—would bring to this trip. Today, I’d like to convey my heartfelt gratitude for the unwavering support, belief, and passion you’ve shown me, my family, and this team every day.
A Brotherhood Like No Other.
I can’t praise my players enough for their effort, heart, and grit on the field every week. Football is more than simply a game; it is a war that demands unwavering trust, tireless work, and a willingness to sacrifice for one another. Seeing you grow, compete, and fight for one another has been the most rewarding aspect of my coaching career. The way you push yourself to your limits, embrace difficulties, and keep each other accountable is the genuine definition of what it means to be a Viking.

Thank you for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to lead this team. Your dedication to creating a culture of excellence, respect, and tenacity has been critical to our progress. From the top down, this organization has been built on trust and desire, and I am really glad to be a part of it.
To the Fans: The Heartbeat of Viking Nation.
As we move forward, please know that I am completely committed to bringing success to this team, this city, and every fan who has supported us. We are creating something unique—something that will be remembered not only for seasons, but for generations. This isn’t just about football.
