An Epochal Open Letter from Coby White

To the Chicago Bulls, Our Fans, and the Entire Chicago Community

Chicago, Illinois —

From the first day I arrived i

Coby White n Chicago, I felt the weight and pride of wearing the Bulls jersey. This city, this franchise, and this fanbase welcomed me not just as an athlete, but as a person with hopes, flaws, and big dreams. Today, I want to express my deepest gratitude—for the love, the belief, and the environment that allowed me to grow in ways I could never fully imagine.

To the Chicago Bulls organization, thank you for standing by me. Through the ups and downs, you gave me time and space to develop—not just as a point guard, but as a leader, a teammate, and a man. Every coach, teammate, and staff member has contributed to my journey. You challenged me, supported me, and trusted me. That trust has fueled my fire.

To the fans, your support has meant everything. There’s something powerful about walking into the United Center and hearing your voices—win or lose, you show up. You’ve been patient with my growth, you’ve pushed me to be better, and you’ve always reminded me who I’m playing for. Your love has turned this game into something bigger than basketball.

To the city of Chicago, thank you for giving me a second home. This city has taught me resilience, accountability, and community. You’ve celebrated my wins and lifted me through the struggles. You didn’t just root for me—you helped raise me.

This past year especially has felt like a turning point in my career. I’ve embraced challenges, learned from mistakes, and stepped into a new level of confidence and responsibility. And I know I didn’t get here alone. Your belief in me—the cheers, the tough love, the unwavering energy—pushed me forward.

As I look ahead, I’m more committed than ever. I’m committed to giving everything I have to this team, this city, and this journey. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but I’m even more excited about where we’re going.

Thank you for believing in me, standing by me, and growing with me. I play with pride because I play for Chicago.

With love and respect,

Coby White
