To my LSU family,
As I sit down to write this letter, I am reminiscing on this remarkable journey—one filled with passion, tenacity, and unflinching faith in the grandeur of LSU Women’s Basketball. I convey my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the Tigers family, committed fans, and everyone who has supported me during my stay here.
When I initially came in Baton Rouge, I knew I was joining a program with a long history, a great legacy, and untapped potential waiting to be realized. From that point forward, my purpose was clear: to take LSU Women’s Basketball to new heights, to establish a championship culture, and to make every Tiger proud.
To My Players.
To the young ladies who have poured their hearts and souls into this program, you are the cornerstone of everything we have accomplished. Every day, I am inspired by your devotion, resilience, and commitment to excellence. You have accepted difficulties, overcome adversity, and demonstrated time and again that LSU is a powerhouse in women’s collegiate basketball. I am pleased to have coached everyone of you, and I am quite proud of what we have accomplished together.
I’ve seen you develop not only as athletes, but also as leaders, role models, and strong rivals. You have established the benchmark for what it means to wear purple and gold, and I am confident that your effect will be felt for decades to come.
To My Staff and Administration.
Success is never achieved alone, and I am grateful to the outstanding coaching staff, trainers, and administrators who have been by my side. Your hard work behind the scenes, unwavering dedication, and belief in this program have all contributed to our success. We’ve created something incredibly remarkable together, and I’m grateful for every moment we’ve spent crafting the future of LSU women’s basketball.
Thank you to the LSU leadership and athletic department for entrusting me with this program and providing me with the resources I need to dream big. Your dedication to quality has made all of this possible, and I am eternally thankful for your assistance.
To the Fans and Tigers Community
Tiger Nation, you are the lifeblood of our program. Your enthusiasm in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center, steadfast support at every game, and devotion to this team have been nothing short of incredible. You have transformed LSU into one of the most exciting venues to play in college basketball, and I cannot thank you enough for being a part of that journey.
Whether it’s the young girls in the stands who aspire to don an LSU shirt, the longtime supporters who have followed this team through highs and lows, or the alumni who proudly take the LSU spirit with them, you are the reason we struggle, strive, and triumph.
Looking ahead.
Though my time here is still being written, one thing is constant: LSU is home. Our memories, banners, and legacy will endure.
Thank you to everyone who has taken part in our adventure. Thank you for believing in me, supporting this program, and making LSU Women’s Basketball one of the sport’s dominant forces. The work is never done, and the Tigers’ future looks bright.
Forever LSU!
With love and thanks.
