This NCAA Tournament victory over Montana is more than simply a game; it represents the hard work, devotion, and unwavering support of a complete community that has believed in us through every challenge and accomplishment. Today, I write to you not only as a coach, but as someone who is tremendously honored to be a part of something far larger than basketball.
To my players, you are the heart and soul of our program. Your dedication, resilience, and unwavering pursuit of excellence are what distinguish Wisconsin Basketball. Every practice, game, and sacrifice you make is about more than just winning; it’s about creating a culture of toughness, unity, and honesty. This victory is yours.
