Provo, Utah – A wave of anxiety rushed across BYU’s campus this week, when Head Coach Kalani Sitake received stunning news that might upend the football program’s stability only months before the season begins.
Sitake appeared composed but sad in a hurriedly scheduled press appearance on Wednesday morning. “This is not the news any coach wants to deliver,” he told the audience. “But leadership means standing tall, especially when your foundation is shaken.”
