As I reflect on the journey I’ve had the honor of living via motorsport, one word comes to mind: thankfulness. What began as a little boy’s desire to be a part of the racing world has evolved into a full-throttle life of passion, purpose, and people, all made possible by the unwavering support of the team, fans, and this wonderful racing family.
To John Force Racing, you are more than just a name in NHRA history. You represent a culture based on grit, innovation, mentorship, and heart. From the minute I joined this iconic organization, I was treated as if I were family, rather than a contribution. Whether in the heat of racing or on long nights in the workshop, I discovered that the Force brand means more than simply horsepower; it also embodies human power: the power of trust, solidarity, and perseverance.
Working under the leadership of John Force, a sports legend and true mentor, has been one of the biggest privileges of my life. John, you taught me more than just how to operate the machine; you showed me how to conduct oneself with honesty, how to lead under pressure, and how to recover from setbacks. Your passion, loyalty, and unwavering faith in your people pushed me every day to accomplish more, be more, and give more.
To the fans, your enthusiasm has been the driving force behind every run, repair, and return. You packed the stands with your voices, signs, and tales. You made the victories sweeter and the defeats easier to accept. I’ve had the opportunity to meet many of you at tracks across the country — in the pits, along the ropes, and at autograph tables — and what impressed me the most was your genuine enthusiasm for the sport and the individuals involved. Thank you for seeing me, supporting me, and cheering with unwavering passion.
To the entire racing community — my peers, adversaries, mentors, and teammates — you’ve taught me what it is to live life at full speed while also having a full heart. I’ve evolved as a result of your difficulties, companionship, and mutual commitment to the craft. We don’t simply race cars; we tell stories with each lap, rebuild, and roar of the engines.
This chapter of my life will be remembered for the lessons I’ve learned, the relationships I’ve formed, and the pride I’ve held representing JFR. As I look forward to the future — whatever gears shift, whatever routes may emerge — I take with me the heritage of this team and the love for this town.
