Dear Houston Astros Family, This letter is a heartfelt thank-you to everyone who has helped shape my career, from the front office at Minute Maid Park to the youngest fan in the stands. I hope it serves as a small but meaningful expression of gratitude.
When I first onto the field in the orange and navy, I felt the weight of a storied franchise on my shoulders. But instead of fear, I felt motivated. The city’s excitement, the fans’ continuous support, and the coaching staff’s belief all contributed to my strength. You didn’t simply welcome me; you treated me like family. And for that, I am eternally grateful.

Thank you to the Astros organization for giving me the opportunity to grow as a player and as a man. You provided me with the skills, guidance, and belief that I could be great—and, more significantly, that I could be myself. You supported me through every high and every difficulty. This team’s continued success on and off the field can be attributed to the culture of excellence, accountability, and unity you have established.
Thank you, teammates — brothers, for every minute of grit, grind, laughter, and friendship. From batting cage banter to game-winning celebrations, we’ve formed relationships that will last a lifetime. You’ve made the clubhouse seem like home, and the game feel like a collaborative effort.
Thank you, Astros fans, for believing in me from day one. Your applause, placards, social media shout-outs, and standing ovations have all been quite meaningful. When I was down, your support pulled me up. When I flew, you celebrated like family. You reminded me every day why we play this wonderful game. Houston, your loyalty is unparalleled.

And to the larger Astros community — the schools, charities, youth teams, and local companies I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with – thank you for allowing me the opportunity to give back. You reminded me that being an Astro means more than just baseball; it means being a leader, taking responsibility, and making an effect.
As I look forward to the next chapter, I keep Houston in my heart. Whether I’m wearing the uniform or applauding from afar, I’ll always be happy to be a Houston Astro.
With love, respect, and gratitude.
