There are times in life that change who you are – moments that go beyond sports and become personal. As I think on my journey thus far, I feel compelled to express my gratitude, love, and commitment to the people and city that have given me so much: Baltimore.
From the moment I was drafted into this wonderful club, I sensed something different — something genuine. This wasn’t only about football. This was about family. The Ravens did not only hand me a uniform or a locker. You provided me with confidence, opportunities, and an environment in which I could develop not only as a wide receiver, but also as a man.
Thank you, Ravens organization, for investing in me, believing in my potential, and guiding me with patience and purpose. Coach Harbaugh, the staff, and the front office have developed a culture that values excellence while prioritizing love, respect, and unity. Every rep, every film session, every game-day moment—you’ve given me the skills and the confidence to do my best.
To my teammates, you are my brothers. Thank you for pushing, encouraging, and holding me accountable. From Lamar’s leadership in the huddle to the veteran voices in the locker room, every day with this squad is a lesson in professionalism and teamwork. Our friendship is something I treasure, and I carry it with pride onto the field every Sunday.
To the fans: Baltimore, you are different. You are electric. You are faithful. You’re fearless. Most importantly, you are family. I’ll never forget my first game at M&T Bank Stadium—the roar of the crowd, the sea of purple, and the unstoppable energy that filled every inch of that field. You’ve welcomed me with open arms, and your encouragement has driven every route I’ve run, touchdown I’ve scored, and stride I’ve taken in this jersey.
This city taught me to be resilient. It has shown me what a true community looks like. Whether it’s wandering through the Inner Harbor, helping with local youngsters, or simply experiencing the pulse of this city on a fall weekend, I’ve come to grasp what it means to be a Raven – heart, toughness, and community.
Baltimore, I’m not only here to play football. I am here to give back. To encourage the next youngster from South Florida or West Baltimore with high goals. To honour the jersey and the memory of those who came before me. Most importantly, to win – not just games, but your continued admiration and pride.
This is just the beginning. And as long as I wear this uniform, I will continue to give everything I have to this city and franchise.
