An Open Letter from Bob Seger to His Dedicated Fans and the Entertainment Community To my beloved fans and the entire entertainment community, As I sit down to think on the great path of my career, I am overcome with appreciation. This letter is a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been by my side over the years, enjoying the highs, supporting me through the hardships, and given me the strength to keep doing what I love.
To my fans, your constant support has been the cornerstone of everything I’ve accomplished. You have been my greatest inspiration from the beginning, when I was just another aspiring singer playing in small venues and dreaming big, to the arenas packed with your voices singing along to my songs. Your faith in me has carried me through times of doubt and driven me to make music that expresses both the beauty and the challenges of life. You are the reason my music resonates, and I owe every accomplishment in my career to your love and dedication.
Thank you to my fellow artists and the entertainment community for creating an environment conducive to innovation. The path to success is never a single journey, and I’ve been lucky to work with extremely talented people who have affected my career in several ways.
