Early Life and Education
Dillingham’s coaching journey began early due to a significant knee injury during his senior year of high school, which shifted his focus from playing to coaching. He started as a junior varsity coach at Chaparral High School in Arizona and was promoted to offensive coordinator by the age of 21.
