Warriors’ Kuminga suffers ‘significant’ sprain in right ankle

San Francisco — Jonathan Kuminga has suffered a “significant” right ankle sprain, and the Golden State Warriors may be without him for some time, according to head coach Steve Kerr. Kuminga departed Chase Center on crutches and will get an MRI after landing awkwardly and appearing to roll his right ankle in the paint. He departed the game with 2:27 left in the second quarter, but the Warriors won 121-113 over the Memphis Grizzlies.
